The European influence is stronger than ever in 2010. This spring, at design shows
across the country, BLANCO unveiled innovative new sinks and faucets with a decided
European flair. Turning heads in the designer community is the new
CRYSTALLINE MicroEdge
glass and stainless
steel sink. Available in black or white, the innovative glass sink cutting board
can be placed over the sink for more counter space.
Its compact European size makes it ideal for smaller urban kitchens. CRYSTALLINE
sinks also feature BLANCO’s exclusive
MicroEdge rim.
This year BLANCO adds more
MicroEdge models, including the
RONIS
round sink and a newly designed
AXIS II 6S.
Both models come with custom accessories. Another strong European trend this year
is the return of the drainboard sink. These sinks extend your working space with
an integrated drainboard that allows you to defrost, drain or prepare foods on a
hygienic surface and protect your countertop. BLANCO introduces new STEELART RADIUS
10 drainboards and new Silgranit drainboard models this year. Scratch-proof Silgranit
drainboards can also be used to slice or chop foods. You will also see an expanded
range of Silgranit sinks in Biscotti and new matching two-toned Silgranit faucets
(combining chrome and Silgranit colours).
